These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 17winrm ("Platform", "We"). All bonuses and promotions offered by 17winrm — including the welcome bonus, weekly cashback, festive promotions, and special campaigns — are subject to the following conditions, which every member is advised to read carefully:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new member.

• Refusing, voiding, or revising any bet suspected of involving system abuse, fraud, or unfair use of insider information.
• Freezing an account for investigation purposes where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
• Forfeiting any winnings obtained through methods that violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Modifying, updating, or discontinuing any service, product, or promotion at any time.
• Requesting identity verification documents — such as a copy of your IC, bank statement, or proof of payment method — prior to processing withdrawals or in other circumstances deemed necessary.
